Replaced two parts of the locking mechanism. The dial won’t turn so smoothly for a while, but it’ll lock all the same.

Can’t get the original parts from Empire Bay without a long wait. That’s the trouble with these American products. Why you didn’t get one from Palermo is beyond me.

I’ve changed the lock back to the factory set combination. Use this combination, but I recommend changing it as soon as possible.
