14/07 - 7 a.m - Several crates of tobacco missing from the loading bay. Delgrosso, who was on night shift, claims to have seen nothing.

16/07 - 11p.m. - Local drunk caught trying to break in. When challenged he made little sense. Not our thief.

16/07 - 1 a.m - Drunk back again, yelling about his lost cow. Unclear if he means his wife. Put him in the cells to sober up.

12/08 - 5 a.m - Found a prostitute soliciting men delivering impounded goods to the yard. Sent them away with a warning.

20/08 - 3 p.m. - Two hundred rugs disappeared from the loading bay, at 11 am on market day. No witnesses.

01/09 - 7 p.m. - Another robbery. Twenty crates of Brazilian coffee and the truck they were carried on. Despite extra men, nobody claims to have seen anything. At this point I suggest a full staff rotation. A further reminder that the safe combination is 21-10-08.
