MESSINA’S BANDITS STRIKE AT LOCAL CATTLE FARM

Late last Tuesday evening, local cattle farmer Umberto Picone was targeted by bandits, suspected to be acting under the orders of notorious brigand Paolo Messina.

An unusual commotion awoke Signor Picone in the early hours; the sound of sheep squealing in distress. He claims he ran outside to find a group of bandits loading several of his sheep onto a cart. When he tried to pursue them, the bandits fired shots, narrowly missing Signor Picone.

The bereft farmer urges anyone who might know the whereabouts of his sheep to contact the local authorities.
